Today, 18 December 2012 (Tuesday) - Hi........how are things ? fine, I hope and around this timing we are planning to celebrate Christmas ? This year, Christmas Eve, I would be at Mimosa Terrace, my brother's house for Popiah X'mas Party ^_^ (that is why I can only work half a day this time and X'mas day I am working !!!)

Singapore Fengshui Blog - I had some difficulty trying to download my photos from my Samsung Galaxy S3 into my Mac desktop. So bear with me for a while before I show you some nice photos that I had taken recently, ok ?

Fengshui Tip: If you are in a relationship with the most difficult partner ever........just tell yourself that the Heaven up there wants to learn "some" thing about yourself. And then it is time to adjust yourself or change other wise, it just means that you are not ready to be in any relationship with anyone.

Today, 10 December 2012 (Monday) - hi.............how have you been ? For me, I am fine but busy.

Singapore Feng Shui Blog - Thank you for coming to read my blog.

"Always blaming others when things go wrong" - Some people are like that. They tend to focus too much on others and when things go wrong, they always blame others first and never at themselves. Have you met such a person or maybe your best friend or spouse or boyfriend is like one of those ;)

This sort of person also have a tendency to be bad tempered and would shout at anyone near to him or in front of him at that very moment.

Hence this sort of person's mind is like a "monkey mind",  VERY untrained.

A person whose mind is "trained" can be said to be quite "still" and hence when things go wrong, they natuarally become "calm" and know how to react or not react at all.

So SMILE like the laughing Buddha always when things go right or go wrong ^_^

Fengshui Queen Singapore Tip:  When a person has zero money element, I would advise that person to keep only S$40/- (in tens) in their wallet. Reason is : the more money he has in his wallet, the chances of more things happening to him is very true and fast and hence he would have to spend it all away and then the wallet is empty again.

Candles for prayers

Today, 14 November 2012 (Wednesday) - Hi........is everything back to normal ? I hope so for you as well as for me.

Singapore Feng Shui Blog - Some people in business set goals and targets for their company to hit and if their sales are down they would be rather gloomy and disappointed. I had a client like this and I always wonder why can't we just let it be free and easy. Got business do more, if less orders, do less and rest more.

That way, we are always peaceful and contented. 

FSQ (Fengshui Queen SG)  Note : About offering a lighted candle to Buddha or to others :

I had always thought that it was common sense for anyone to light a candle and say a short prayer only as the lighted candle is usually rather small. But a lady client asked if she could say many many prayers using one lighted candle and I said no, no lah. 

She wants to pray on behalf of her parents, husband and two children and then herself using just one small tea light candle. 

So remember, it is best just one candle for one person or at the most two persons on a single lighted candle. ok ?

FSQ Note : Hi!......sorry, I was away to Shenzhen, China on 8 Nov and back on 9 Nov 2012, that's why I didn't write. Hope you will like the lovely photos that I took from my Samsung Galaxy S3. I had a lot of fun taking photos from this smartphone. You should see the many pixs that I took in Facebook ! 

The name of the Hotel that I stayed this time is Pullman Hotel if you wish to stay here for your next trip to Shenzhen. 

In the early morning of 9 Nov around 6.40am as I was getting ready to go downstairs to have my breakfast and before catching the plane (business class), I thought why not look out of the window again and wow ! I saw the rising sun !!!! 

So red, so orange and so big !!! I have been to Shenzhen many times but this is my first time in this new hotel and so maybe that's why it was easier to capture the rising sun.

So BEAUTIFUL that till now............I still can't forget that beautiful sight which still stays in my mind.

Hope you like my photos and do enjoy them with your son or your daughter as one mum told me during her reading that Master Lynn also goes to "where and where" and walk walk........she brought her son there and he loves it too ^_^

Today, 29 October 2012 (Monday ) - Today being the 15th day of the 9th lunar month, hence I decided to go vegetarian  and to do a donation.

Singapore Feng Shui Blog - Many people like this photo in my Facebook when I posted it recently, so I guess it must be nice ^_^

Last week,  I went to several places for fengshui and I was at Caspian and Double Bay Residences etc. These are my long time clients who bought their condo in early 2008 and in 2009 and now ready for stay. They were happy to see me as much as I was most happy to see them.

In fact, I cannot remember till they told me about it..........

Case Studies :

A) Sometimes in life, the Universe will send you a most difficult man into your life to test you - especially when you are a good  buddhist and practicing to be a good practitioner. That way, you tend to learn many things about yourself, your strengths and your weakness and how best to cope.

B) Sometimes in life, some people somehow also see "negative things"  like car accidents while for yourself,  you always missed them ? Ever ?  if you do always missed them, is because you are always protected from harm and that is because you have had done many many good deeds ;)

Singapore Fengshui Blog - Hi, do you love food ? Hmmm........I think everyone does and we eat because we need to live or some may live to eat.

About Relationships - (couples who are not yet married)

a) Some couple likes to biker all the time - is because their bazi is like that and have to. Is because that's the reality of their bazi nature. Monkey and Rooster. they simply can't get along. It is their love for each other that still keeps them going.......

b) Some couples are very cordial together - also is because of bazi or is because one of them is trained by the other to "behave" properly so as to suit the man in her life. In a relationship, the man usually dominates and not necessarily with money. Some men are very proud and they simply take things for granted.......even though the woman earns more.

c) Usually in a relationship, the men tends to get angry most of the time - then it is up to the lady partner to accept or get out. Some men can be very very bad tempered ! 

FSQ Tip: If luck is still not smooth this year especially for those born in the year of the dog and the dragon, is to go pray to Tai Sui again. It helps a lot and good news can come soon after. Try it and Trust me. It works.

The Educational Fund for Children in Nepal - thank you for your support !!!

  think this way and your compassionate heart will open and then
you can learn to feel for others other than just for yourself.

FSQ Note:  Sometime ago, I posted a video clip on my Facebook and showed how these children rejoices with smiling faces when they were given new uniforms and shoes with kind sponsorship from Singapore.

It was a project by our precious Guru, Khen Rinpoche Geshe Chonyi now Abbot of Kopan Monastry who appointed Stephen Ching (member of Amithaba Buddhist Centre) to lead in this fund raising since a couple of years ago.

However,  I only started sponsoring in year 2010 when I first met Stephen in ABC and came to know about it....then every year I try to donate.

The sponsorship is S$100/- for a whole year for a child and in 2010, I donated to help 10 kids. Then in 2011, because of my heavy commitment in new office and new car, I only managed to help sponsor 5 kids. This year, 2012, I sponsored for another 10 kids.  These are but one of my sponsorship projects that I do each year.

REJOICE !!!! to all those Bodhisattvas efforts.

Bazi Case Study - If a person tend to be born in the year of the rooster or monkey these type of person have a tendency to have high expectations on others, whether you happen to be their children, their other half or even their friends. Solution : simply play along......to have harmony ;)

The enchanted moon cakes !!!

Today, 9 October 2012 (Tuesday) - Hi........how are you ? Hope you are getting on well.

Singapore Fengshui Blog - Thank you to many of you who still come to my blog to read or maybe to listen to the music ! well......that's what I do when I am free sometimes when at home and resting.

I still get an average of 500 viewership each day even when I don't write........however when I write....that day itself, I get over 800+...... thank you !

Personally, I love music as it moves me and can really strike a chord in me.

Well.......I have told you about my adventure with the full moon !  Well, most important of all, I was very very happy to "see" the full moon. 

And I want to thank a lovely couple for giving me Swensen's ice cream moon cake and on the actual day itself !!! I tried putting two in my freezer.....haha....nothing happen. Maybe the plastic box need to be removed. Anyhow, by the time I want to experiment more, I had finished eating all the 4 ice cream moon cakes !!! yummy yummy.......the yam is very very nice but my favorite was the durian one which I eat the first ;))

It's full moon, dearest....

Today, 4 October 2012 (Thursday) - Hi.......sorry I was really a bit too busy to write. So, in order to please all my fans and supporters, here is a recent photo of me,  hope you like this.

Singapore Fengshui Blog - The full moon of 8 lunar month, 15th day is over........however I cannot help but kept thinking of the "energy" of the moon when I gazed and looked and looked at it. I could have sip my champagne, sat in the garden to gaze at the moon that evening but then I fell asleep while waiting to capture the full moon.

I woke up at 4.30am and decided that after 5am, I would go downstairs in the garden to capture the full moon and the sky still look dark. hehe

FSQ Fengshui Tips: Have you ever wandered why when you travel under a tunnel, you would immediately think of getting out as soon as possible ? 

Fengshui Reason : is because there could be too much earth above you and particularly for those whose bazi has 3 or more earth person, they do not like this.

This same concepts applies to a 3 or more water person whose condo unit is below the swimming pool above. So when you choose your special condo unit, make sure you study it and look at it everyday till you buy it, ok  or get a fengshui expert to help you check !

Today, 1st October 2012 (Monday) - hi........how was your mid autumn  festival ? hope it was fine and hope that you saw the full moon. Photo above was a bunch of flowers from a lady client for her 2013 readings this morning. Yes, it was from a lovely lady...... ^_^

Well,  I took this photo of the full moon......I felt that I just had to shoot the moon and I did. When I saw the moon...oh my ! I felt a sudden urge to say a little prayer and then to gaze at the moon for a while and an insight came into me telling me that it was so peaceful and and I felt contented.

Good Health is Wealth

Today, 26 September 2012 (Wednesday) - Hi.......I know many of you work long hours and very very hard however if your body is tired......do rest and either go to sleep or go for a two hour body massage to get back into shape, ok ?

Body Qi is very important for good health. Running is a good exercise too  however not many of us like to run so going for body massage is a good excuse. ahem. ^_^

Singapore Feng Shui Blog - Today, I was there this afternoon in the eastern part of Singapore where client bought a terrace house. Seems like the minimum price for a terrace house is now S$2.5million.

FSQ Food - I like chicken rice as well as duck rice as both can fill my tummy and especially when I have a long day, I would usually take rice for my breakfast as I need a lot of energy to do my fengshui work lah !

This duck rice is from a koptiam somewhere along Serangoon North Ave 2, quite near to my office.

Thank you to many who like to see the photos of food that I take with my iPhone 4. Oh the canteen at First Centre is closed at 2pm to 4.30pm on Saturdays and Sundays. After 4.30pm, they are open again for dinner but the other stalls are closed.

FSQ Tip : The color handbag and the color wallet that you carry have a great impact on your money. Don't believe ? change your handbag color or wallet color and watch the difference.  ^_^

Today, 23 September 2012 (Sunday) - Today, I had a long day......hope your day was pleasant too.

Singapore Feng Shui Blog - Photo shows the batik that my lady client gave me when she visits me in Singapore recently while I find a nice looking frog on the floor next to my pond to use as a "prop" and hope that you like both.

The 8th Lunar Month, 15th day is approaching.......and many people are looking forward to eating moon cakes and having chinese tea while looking at the moon. If you have not tried it, try it for once.......at least once in your life time, ok ?

Whatsapp - A client whatsapp saying that she went to farmart and wanted to buy a frog to place it next to her fountain but when she arrived the salesman asked her : Is your fengshui master, Master Lynn ? The frogs are all sold out because of her :))

Looking at nature to give life meaning

Today, 21 September 2012 (Friday) - Today, a lady flew in from Jakarta to see me for a reading and then another lady for a reading and I went home by 7.30pm, quite late by my usual standard as I like to be home by 5pm even though I may work from home on emails, blog etc but at least I am home.

Singapore Fengshui Blog - Today, I have nothing much to write about. Maybe just share some wisdom with you.

When I see the yellow flowers bloom (photo above),  I feel very very happy however this bloom does not last long and then it fades away.

What is the meaning  I can get from nature ? Well, to me it represents the meaning of life and then it fades away and life passes on.

FSQ Tip: Try to find the meaning in your life by looking "deeper" into the nature surrounding your environment ^_^

Today, 18 September 2012 (Tuesday) - How are you ? it's already the 8th lunar month and very soon we would be celebrating Moon Cake Festival.

Singapore Fengshui Blog - Thank you to all readers of this blog, sometimes when I get a little lazy and didn't want to write............then I thought of the many clients who had spoken to me and informed that they like to read my blog. Yes, it is THIS that kept me going......writing, just for you.

Fengshui Case Studies - 

1) The other day when I arrived at a road and when I was about to do the fengshui for this terrace house, I noticed that almost directly opposite the house was fengshuied by me. I was stunned for a moment as this hardly happens. What is the percentage of anyone having this kind of probability ? wow. I did my best for the house and went home.

2) Once during consultation for destiny reading, my client spoke about the cc of the car and the brand and asked if he should follow this "theory". I gave him my reply and then went home and pondered upon it.  I know that I shouldn't think too much........or maybe I am getting older. haha.

This "fengshui theory" was developed by me as it was part of my life story and saw how it influenced my career and my life. I started learning driving when I turned 18 and bought my first car after graduating from NUS. I did not buy a new car but a second hand car and my dad helped me select, only thing the color of the car was wrong.......so I had a few issues with it  ^_^ That time, I haven't started learning fengshui yet.

FSQ Note: Just remember that whatever "fengshui theory" that I share with you during the consultation,  are all proven and that they work.  Though they may sound funny but they work.

3) For example: If a person need the "wood" element, I would inform them to go plant a plant on the ground.

Next was the typical reply from my clients : Can I plant in a pot instead of in the ground ?

My face changed and I said : "Don't change what I tell you to do".

(Most clients have their mindset on what they want to do or can do. However it is my job to tell them again to follow exactly what I said)

Lady version of Lai Pu Yee.....

Today, 14 September 2012 (Friday) - Hi......the 7th month is finally going to be over. One more night tomorrow night then it is the 8th lunar month where many couples will be getting married. I wish them all the best in their married lives together and ever.

Singapore Fengshui Blog - We are already at the 7th lunar month and soon before we know it, it will be Chinese New Year too.  Wa so fast.

Firstly,  I want to thank the couple who came all the way from Kota Bharu to come and meet me. I trust that you have had a good and fruitful trip to Singapore. How's the Garden by the Bay ? nice ?

I have another client who might be flying down to meet me in end September 2012 from Jakarta, Indonesia. Sounds like this Dragon year brings a few clients from overseas and they all know about me from their local newspaper, their relatives as well as my blog. Guess my blog really travels round the world ^_^

Blog viewership - averaging around 700 and the blog with the frogs brought in over 900 viewers ! Guess you like to view the frogs too.

Well at least you know that your sifu, Master Lynn is busy which is good as it means that I am very popular.

Then I also want to thank a group of ladies working in the same office who invited me to visit their office and do a few life readings. I was there from 12noon and right till 5pm. Never worked so hard in my life before.......ever since I became boss ^_^ But I was very happy when I went home as I heard from my lady client who introduced me to them......what they think about my fengshui and bazi ^_^

The ladies there all felt that I had that x factor walking around their office. Ahem, your sifu had been to many many offices too.

Fengshui case studies - 
1) One client this year, after switching on the light in the kitchen found a good job.

2) One client this year strike S$20k after her house was fengshuied, about 8 months later.

3) One lady client after moving into a good fengshui condo, balcony facing SW got a promotion, good pay rise and so did her husband. They were both very very happy. Now they are planning to buy another investment property.

4) One client (a couple) bought a S$7million Leedons Residences - guess who are those who had that kind of money to buy such high end property ? They currently own a bungalow in a good class area.

5) There are many other success stories but I tend to forget them after knowing about them. Like what Ajahn Brahm said is to become a dustbin to have holes on both sides, the top and the bottom. After listening to them, remove their stories from the brain cpu.

FSQ Photo : show my favorite food, chicken rice. Is that your favorite too ? After seeing this photo, if it makes you feel like eating chicken rice, I have done my part to help all those who sells chicken rice ^_^ This chicken rice is from a kopitiam somewhere in Serangoon North Ave 2.

Fengshui Tip : Be very careful when buying a house to live in. I have heard from some of my clients how after they bought this house, they had to go to a hospital a few times within a few years period while for some it was money matters. They wanted to know why and so they called and invited me to do the fengshui for them so that their lives can be better. I was like the lady version of "Lai Pu Yee", I helped. ^_^

Today, 10 September 2012 (Monday) - I am off work today.......take a break and go for massages.......well, how do you like the real toad in the photo above ? when I first post this photo in my Facebook one friend asked if the frog was real and my reply was a "yes". The fake frog that I had is here........see photo below.......the green one ^_^ The shop only had one green frog and so I just bought one and placed him at the side of my lily pond otherwise I like to buy my things in pairs.

Personally, I love looking and staring at the toads, real and fake ones, so enjoy !!!

Fengshui Queen Singapore Tip : Have you ever noticed if after moving into a condo or even a landed property and when you climb staircases, your knee joint has a pain ? This is fengshui related and is because there is a swimming pool in the South East sector of your house or because there is a water pond, koi pond or even a swimming pool in the garden of your house.

The fengshui Queen SG solution was to : Place stones or boulders inside the pond and then there is no more pain. Can you see two rectangle stones, one big, one small inside the lily pond ? ^_^
